President, Maple Trade Finance

Carole-Ann Miller is the President of Maple Trade Finance, a company she co-founded in 2001 (formerly Atlantic Trade Finance). She is a dynamic, results-oriented leader with over 25 years of business experience. She successfully initiated strategic alliances with key government agencies in order to provide financing for emerging and exporting businesses and was recently recognized as one of Atlantic Canada’s Top 50 CEOs.

Carole-Ann has held senior management positions for major organizations such as CIBC and Unitel Communications. Having worked in several distinct industries, on a national and international level, her diverse background has provided her with a broad and valuable outlook on business in Canada. 

Carole-Ann Miller is bilingual, has a degree from York University and has completed graduate studies in organizational change at Saint Mary’s University. She has served as a member of the Canadian Cancer Society Board of Directors and was a regional coordinator for the CIBC Run for the Cure in support of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation.  She currently is a member of the Sobeys School of Business Advisory Board at Saint Mary’s University.
